Artistic Girls
Girls Artistic Gymnastics combines grace, balance, flexibility and control to master all 4 events in the program. All events for girls are taught by our certified coaches.
The girls apparatus are: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor
Our program goes from Ages 6+
Flips 1 - Never done any gymnastics; this is the level for you
Flips 2 - Got all the basics and ready to add the next step; jump into this class!
Flips 3 - Got all the steps down and now we put them together to make more skills.
Flips 4 - Let start learning basic competitive level skills.
Flips 5 - Almost ready for competitive level but need a little more work
Artistic Boys
Our Men's recreational program is the perfect program for growing males to acquire the building blocks of being a top notch athlete. Our recreational program does not focus on being the best gymnast but instead, focuses on building an all around athlete.
We teach all 6 apparatuses which is a perfect combination of strength, speed, focus, and flexibility.
